This warranty does not apply to:

  • any screen protection, or function of device itself;

  • damage that is consistent with normal wear-and-tear or misuse/abuse of the product;

  • damage suffered by your device whether or not it is fitted with a Michalke Made product;

  • damage to the upcycled luxury canvas backing (provided that if the product itself is defective, you can claim for a replacement case), or

  • any replacement product provided pursuant to a prior warranty claim.

Michalke Made will not be liable for any indirect or incidental loss or damage whatsoever, except to the extent that such exclusion of liability is not permitted under applicable law. Any delays by Michalke Made in processing Warranty claims will not affect your warranty claim period.

All products with a lifetime warranty are subject to one replacement during the lifetime of the product. If you have any questions please reach out to our Customer Service team.

Unfortunately with an Internet purchase, it is hard to see what the quality of the item is. I am disappointed in the quality of the actual case itself. It does not appear to be very good quality plastic and I hope it lasts. It appears that the LV fabric is glued to this plastic case. not exactly what I expected. For $200.
